Girls’ Power at cellcentric

11 girls immersed themselves in the world of fuel cell technology on Girls’ Day 2023 in Nabern.

  • This year, cellcentric will again welcome 11 girls from the region to the company’s headquarters in Nabern to give them an insight into the world of fuel cell technology.

On this year’s Girls’ Day, cellcentric welcomed 11 girls from the region to the company’s headquarters in Nabern. The participants from the 7th grade had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of fuel cell technology and to get to know the different departments at cellcentric.

The girls took part in a behind-the-scenes tour of the cellcentric factory in Nabern. This allowed them to learn interactively about the technology behind fuel cell technology. By participating in Girls’ Day, the girls were able to see first-hand how technology and innovation are applied in practice, learn how fuel cells work and how they can contribute to the development of clean energy and a more sustainable future.

Girls’ Day is an annual initiative supported by the German government to encourage young women to take up technical careers. The initiative makes an important contribution to an equal society in which girls and women have the same opportunities as boys and men to realize their professional dreams. cellcentric is participating in the initiative for the second time this year and is thus actively committed to promoting girls and women in technical professions.
